Learn from not only one, but TWO Physical Therapists who specialize in pelvic health for a 6 week series focusing on strengthening your core.

In this course you will come away with:

  • A comprehensive understanding of pelvic floor anatomy and its role in overall health and wellness.
  • Learn practical exercises and techniques to strengthen and tone the pelvic floor muscles effectively.
  • Increase your awareness of pelvic floor issues and common problems, along with strategies to prevent and manage them.
  • Improve your bladder and bowel control, reducing the risk of incontinence and related concerns.
  • Enhance your sexual health and intimacy through pelvic floor exercises and mindfulness practices.
  • Empower yourself with self-care tools to promote pelvic health, confidence, and quality of life for the long term.

Classes will be held Tuesdays from 6-7pm starting August 22nd through September 26th. In person class will be held at Liberty Fitness 1930 4th Street Eureka CA. We will also be hosting virtually via Zoom.

Can't make it to all of the classes? No problem! We will be recording each class so you can review all of the material and not miss anything!
